Your session. Your needs.
Tell us where it hurts—and how you want to feel.
Every session begins with a conversation. Tell us where you’re holding tension, how much pressure you prefer and what you hope to feel when you leave.
Our licensed therapists shape the massage around your body that day, whether you need focused relief, full-body relaxation or something in between.
