Welcome to Harmony Massage & Wellness in Southington Connecticut. Here at Harmony Massage we are profession licensed Massage Therapists and we offer therapeutic, deep tissue, prenatal, ashiatsu, cleansing massage facials and other holistic modalities. Our relaxing and quaint spa has been in business since 2014 and continues to be a local favorite to the community. Our experience staff will provide to you general therapeutic or muscle/problem area specific attention you deserve to bring your mind and body back to Harmony. Our goal is to always provide our clientele with the massage techniques that work best for them to treat their body (and mind!) stress and pain.

We offer custom massage therapy sessions from 30 minutes to 90 minutes. This can include light, medium and/or deep pressure depending on your preference. We also offer Hot Stones, Cupping Therapy and TMJ & Neck release! Getting regular massages helps reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system, reduce stress hormones, encourage relaxation and increase joint mobility and flexibility.

Float Tank

A Float Tank, also known as a sensory deprivation tank, is meant to be experienced in complete darkness and silence and be cut off from all gravity. One hour of floating is equal to 4 hours of restorative sleep. It reduces cortisol levels back to a productive and normal state. The Float Tank is filled with tons of epsom salt which is a great muscle relaxer and anti-inflammatory mineral that also aids in the detoxification of the body. Floating also speeds recovery time after any type of injury while improving the ability to bounce back. It’s an environment where “training of the mind” becomes effortless and takes you into the “theta state” which allows the most creative part of our brain to engage. Customized Dermalogica Facials

30 minutes – Our half hour facial is designed to promote a boost of hydration and natural glow. A perfect pick-me-up! We start with double cleansing, exfoliating and applying a mask for your specific skin type. While the mask processes on your face and decollete you will be given a complimentary hand and arm massage to further relaxation! Once the mask is removed we follow up with a toner, serum, moisturizer and SPF.

60 minute – This service is more in depth and allows enough time to deep clean pores, exfoliate dead skin cells and minimize the appearance of impurities and wrinkles on the face and decollete. This will also help reduce the appearance of large pores and acne by gently extracting congestion and blackheads. Your skin will be nourished and looking youthful while feeling unbelievably soft!

FACIAL CUPPING

Facial Cupping increases micro-circulation, rejuvenates & tones skin, lifts & defines facial contours, relaxes facial muscles, reduces puffiness, relieve tired eyes, releases tension and diminishes appearance of fine lines & wrinkles.

Your no contract, month to month Massage membership will start on the day of sign up. Your monthly dues will be automatically charged every month on the same day that you signed up. Your membership will be charged every month with the card on file until you manually cancel. Each massage credit is valid up to 3 months after the purchase date. After 3 months from purchase date each massage credit that is not used will expire and will no longer be available for use. Upon termination or cancellation of your membership, all unredeemed membership massage credits will still be available for use until they expire. Annual rate increases may apply.
